Precisamente fue Blanca Rosa Roca, directora de Roca Editorial la encargada de encender la mecha al contar, en dicha ponencia, la anécdota de cuando decidió cambiar el precio de $9,90 a $3,90 a la versión inglesa del libro El médico de Noah Gordon en el verano de 2012, y que con ello vendió más de 23.000 eBooks en tan sólo un día. Al parecer, tras 24 horas, la editorial volvió a cambiar el precio a $9,90, pero gracias a la visibilidad obtenida, en el ranking de los más vendidos, siguió vendido hasta alcanzar más 11.000 ejemplares electrónicos.
