El libro cuenta de forma autobiográfica la historia del personaje principal, Kvothe, de una forma tan espectacular que engancha desde la primera página. El libro transcurre en un mundo imaginario lleno de magia, recreado con todo lujo de detalles y ambienta de forma perfecta la historia.

Es toda una experiencia recrear la vida de Kvothe y experimentar todas sus alegrías, penas, fracasos y aciertos. El mejor libro que he leído en mucho tiempo.

PD: La historia es una trilogía, los libros no tienen sentido por separado, ya que el punto de inicio de uno es el final del anterior.

Rothfuss ha sabido minimizar la cantidad de fantasía al nivel mínimo necesario para contentar a los seguidores del género y al mismo tiempo conseguir que los lectores poco acostumbrados a leer este tipo de literatura se sientan a gusto. Una obra que además atesora un ritmo narrativo muy fluido, de esos que te provocan casi no poder dejar de leer, con capítulos habitualmente cortos y que terminan en el punto álgido de la narración, casi obligándote a leer un poco más cada vez para saber lo que pasa a continuación. Esto, y una trama interesante que consigue despertar el interés del lector, crean un producto que aunque no es novedoso, si tiene un toque diferenciador que provoca que realmente lo parezca.

La idea y el modo de narrar la historia son increíblemente originales. Pero la propia aventura del protagonista se queda corta, con pasajes innecesariamente largos. Al final del libro lo único que has conseguido es conocer al personaje y por lo menos te deja con ganas de leer el siguiente...

Es...simpremente impresionante, te encuentras metido dentro de la historia con mucha facilidad te engancha desde el primer pomento una vez que lo as leido lo malo es que se vuelve uno mas exigente a la hora de leer xD

El mejor libro que leeré en toda en mi vida, estoy segura de ello. Patrick escribe con un estilo admirable y con una poesía que te hace apreciar cada palabra que hay descrita en el libro. Increíble.

Este libro me ha llamado la atención desde la mismísima portada. Aunque a veces pueda parecer que no te cuenta nada interesante, el autor sabe darte esos toques que te mantienen leyendo con el ansia de de ir desvelando las incógnitas que se presentan poco a poco

Un libro que empecé con la coletilla de "te va a encantar", " es muy bueno"... Y he de decir que si me ha gustado, pero esas coletillas lo han lastrado y me esperaba "más" (y es un libro “largo” que se lee rápido y se disfruta). Es un gran libro de aventuras que nos cuenta cómo un joven con pelo rojo pasa de ser un niño a un héroe y una leyenda…

Kvothe no ha tenido una vida fácil y ha sido de "todo" y ha malvivido a pesar de tener dotes excepcionales para la música, la magia, la pelea…

Este libro nos cuenta su historia contada por un Kvothe adulto dueño de una posada que decide contar su historia tal y como fue en tan sólo 3 días, y que por desgracia este libro abarca sólo esa primera jornada en casi 900 páginas de aventuras, magia, música y demonios.

Si os gusta el genero fantasía no dudeis en leer este libro.

Empecé a leer el libro y no pude parar hasta terminarlo. La historia me enganchó mucho, está muy bien relatado y siempre quieres más.

La prosa de Rothfuss es pura música, es increíble cómo escribe. Kvothe me parece un protagonista fascinante y el misterio que lo rodea te atrapa desde la primera página. ¡Solo espero que el tercer libro no tarde mucho más! La verdad es que me ha dejado una impresión muy duradera y positiva.
